PACKING CHARGES:

5% packing on all items or minimum of $5.00 per box, whichever is greater, for Federal Express Ground shipments. 7% packing on all items shipped outside the Continental United States plus $20.00 SURCHARGE OUTSIDE THE US.  Prices are FOB the factory, Milton, WV  and subject to change without notice.
